Cardiovascular and asthmatic patients are in far worse condition. We all need to make some decisions in these trying times in order to protect ourselves. 

This jeopardizing air and smog can lead you to numerous heath issues that going to harm your body to the core:

1: Put on a pollution mask

2: Utilize air cleaners

3: Avoid Working Out Outside

When we exercise hard, we have to breathe in more of the smog surrounding us. Avoid going for a stroll in the early morning or late evening in a circumstance like the one in Delhi, and if you must, remember to put on your mask.

  • reducing the amount of pollution produced by your cars
